will this stacker2 with ephedra help with fat loss (say, moreso than over the counter Lipo6 or Hydroxicut w/out ephedria?) i have a rigourous cardio routine and a good diet, i dont expect to just lose weight by taking a pill. but will this supplement help me and if not, what do you recommend?
