    Turkey Burger

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, but I will ask it anyway.

    Turkey Burger:

    21 grams protein

    1 gram carbs

    11 grams fat

I cook it on the George Forman, so who knows what the actual fat content.

But anyways, my question is, recognizing the whole fats are bad with carbs thing, would this be okay to eat on 2 slices of whole wheat break w/ ketchup? Just curious.

Personally NO, i dont have turkey burger sandwiches. But turkey bugers alone w/ mustard are GREAT! What are your goals?

According to the "Macronutrient Separation Theory" the answer is no...5 grams of fat is the limit when combined with carbs.

If you are bulking, who gives a shit as it's low enough fat for that.

If you aren't, then use a low-carb tortilla and make some kind of wrap instead.

I usually cook 4% fat ground beef (very lean) with one of those "taco bell" packets of seasoning, and make taco meat. It's extremely lean taco meat.

Then add a bit of cheese, some real sour cream, roll it in a low-carb tortilla, and eat away.

Damn, that sounds good. Where do you get the low carb tortillas? Do you have to go to a low carb store or do they have them at grocery stores? How many carbs per tortilla?
