    Good Carb source?

As a quick meal is a flour tortilla a decent source of carbs? Usually what i do is put canned chicken on a flour tortilla and add some cheese for the fat - that gives me 30pro 33carb and 5fat. I usually work out of town and out on a job site and no time to eat a sit down meal.

I'd go with a multi-grain bread/bagel instead. Processed flour is no good for what we are trying to accomplish.

canned chicken must be pretty harsh bro, i would go with a corn tortilla. they also have whole wheat tortillas. i would switch from flour to one of those two.

Yes whole wheat tortilla is okay.
