    Is it true that the ban on ephedra has been lifted?

    I can now buy ephedra from a company in USA. Has the ban been lifted or are they selling illegally.

    Ephedrine was never banned by itself. But for use in supplements yes the ban has been lifted. I believe they're limited to 10mg or less per serving.
