I'm gonna start a moderate carb/EFA diet very soon, but I need someone to teach me how to properly stack my EFA's and these other supplements: ALA, L-Carnitine and Biotin. I've been reading a lot of posts here recommending these supplements with pretty good feedback, but I don't know the dosages and the times to take it. I know R-ALA is my best bet, but I can't find it anywhere. Is simple ALA good enough to get rid of my bodyfat??
I'm 20 years old, 5'9, weigh 172 pounds and although I'm not even slightly obese, I have some very stubborn belly fat. I suspect I have around 14% of body fat.
Any help will be very appreciated.
