Whats up guys I know there have been a ton of diet critiquing going on lately so I thought I would throw mine out there and see what everyone thinks there are a few things that I could use some help on. I am bulking around weighing in around 178-180lbs
Meal 1- 1 cup oats, 2 cups non-fat milk , 5 egg whites, 1 apple
Meal 2-5oz Chicken breast, 2 slices cheese, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 tlbs olive oil
Meal 3- 1/2 cup Brown rice, 2oz Chicken breast,1 scoop whey, 1 banana
Meal 4-pwo- 2 scoops whey, 100 grams dextrose
Meal 5 ppwo- 5oz Chicken breast,1 cup b.rice, 1/2 cup peas
Meal 6- 5oz Beef, 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 tlbs olive oil
Meal 7- 4.5oz Chicken breast, 1 spoon Mayo
Meal 8- cottage cheese, 1 scoop casien whey, 2 spoons Peanut butter
Totals- Pro-360 with incomplete added (320 complete)/ Carb-350/ Kcal- 3682/ Fat- 94
Now all the meals are roughly around 40g of complete protein, but more with other stuff like rice and such. I know a lot of people don't like milk b/c of the bloating but I'm bulking so I'm not too concerned and I gotta have milk it's like my drug. What dose everyone think add/drop something? Bump the Kcals up? with work and school I get around 7 hours of sleep so I eat every 2 and half hours or so. Oh and I'm not on any gear as well. let me know what you think![]()
