If you eat less you will get smaller. The more you eat the bigger you get.
i normally eat the same as on cycle,just throw in some extra cardio!
I eat roughly the same. I usualy give myself some slack aswell. When Im off I dont focus that much on workouts so I dont care if I lose a bit. So I eat less strickt, workout less. Just relax and enjoy other things in life.
