    French Toast

Anyone else have French Toast for their post post-workout carb source? If not, you're missing out big time!

First whisk up 2-3 egg whites in a bowl with a little half & half and cinnamon. Then, take 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread ("Roman" brand is the best) dip in bowl and throw on a hot pan sprayed with Pam. Top off with sugar-free syrup and "I can't Believe Its Not Butter" and just like that you have yourself an AWESOME tasting, diet approved meal.

    Try it!
