sustanon 250.. is it 250mg per ml or per vile??

1 vial (karachi, cyctahoh, niles, etc...) = 1ml = 250mg

It should state the dose on the vial 250/ml or 250/2ml. Never heard of sust 250 that wasn't 250/ml though. Kinda defeat the purpose of the name, have to call that shiat sust 125 I guess.
