Best time of day to take arimidex

Hey, Was wondering what the best time of day to take adex would be(if there is one)?? Was reading that estrogen can be higher at night time and you should take nolva at night ( not sure if this is correct) if so should adex be taken at night ?? Also running Test E 500mg/ wk for 16 wks is .25 EOD a high enough dose for adex to work or shoud I bump it up to a half of mg eod? I have to run adex with my cycles. Last cycle using test at same dose in week 4 of my cycle my estrogen level was at 430ng(should have been 130ng or less yikes)..

it won't matter what time of day you take them (liquidex and nolva) as their half lifes are long

.25 mgs ED will surfice.

Really though I take .5 eod, and started that after using name brand once those 1mg tabs are tiny.

I was told 2:16 pm(haha) .... Yea I have the name brand adex it is hard to cut into .25mg. Thanks for the advise I am going to go with the .5 mg...
