First of all, there is no help myself or anyone else can give you without further personal stats/diet/goals.

Second, whey protein isolate is the fastest absorbing protein source. The peptides are pre-digested, making it pass through much easier. So, whey isolates are ideal PWO. They are not necessary though.

Really depends on your size but 1-2 Tbls should be enough EFA's for one person in a day.

I second that. No reason in the world to go above 20 grams of flax in a day.

What would be the difference in getting 50-75grams of flax, rather than 50grams of say guacamole. Same source of fat right?

I have no clue about the fat content of guacamole.

But to much omega 3 can make your blood to thin and can increase LDL oxidization.

Get most of your fat from monounsaturated fats(olive, avacado), decently much from saturated fats and 10-15 grams from flax or fish oil.
