IP Bulk Oils?????

Anybody heard of IP bulk oils? A source I am looking into has them. It says the have to be sterilized. But with what BA or BB? Wouldnt it all ready have to have at least one of these to get the raw powder to hold? Any info would help.

yes he'd have to have some sort of solvent in them. Having said that, I've heard as many good things about his bulk oils as I have bad. Some people love them and get good results, some get nasty abscess and infections with 0 results. I personally prefer to avoid IP gear, but if I was to run his bulk oils, I'd be sure to filter first.
