so I puked all over the place today after legs

Right after my last set of leg presses we have this unisex bathroom in the gym, now I was gonna do it in the garbage can near the steps but didnt want to gross people out so I thought I'd be nice and go to the bathroom. well I should have done it in the can b/c I didnt make it in time to get all the way in and it just came out all over the place. I felt real bad but the guy at the desk that has to clean it up is a dick so i guess its not so bad. O well another good workout over with felt good to get back in the gym.

It usually dosen't to me either, but today I dunno it was real hot and I was really pumped up dont' know what happened

i have felt very dizzy after squats and blood gets pumped round my head and shuts down my hearing for a minute or 2 (i dunno if anyone else experiences that - as far as i know its just me)

I had already done my squats and felt like I was gonna blow but I said fuk it I sat down for a couple mins and moved on. I dunno what exactly happened but there it was. Ive felt dizzy after legs a lot but today was diffrent o well at least I got a damn good workout

How many eggs did you eat? How close to working out? I did that once with clean and presses with egg toaster stroodles. Made it to the bathroom though. That was the longest dash for the can in my life.
I was repping out 5 sets of 10-12 reps with just 135lbs. One minute rests.

i came close to puking one night after squats and it's usually a struggle to keep my pwo shake down but cant say ive had the pleasure. I have a pretty strong stomache though, I can't remember the last time I threw up.

Hm..Ive never thrown up..but after a tough set I get really lightheaded and dizzy and I have to sit down. Happens pretty frequently..just never throw up

Ditto, that happens to me a lot, but mainly when i'm cutting. I cant stand it cause i sort of loose my vision for a good 30 seconds to a minute and i feel like a bitch.

ah man you gotta force that down. I couldn't get the taste of vomit out of my mouth but managed to get the shake down. But I know what you mean sometimes you just cant do anything you feel like you cant even move
