I was gonna make a tuna sandwhich for my pre workout, but had no more bread. i ende dup eating the tuna but needed a good carb source, all i had was eft over chinese, pasta, and these nutr grain bars, i decided to go with the nutra grain bars, there supposdly made from outs n wheat or some shit, r these of these(26 grams of carbs) a good source or should i have gone witht he regular pasta or lou mein
