Hey all,
Im getting kind of sick of my meals now, and I wanted a complete change, I started my bulking diet on sept 15,at 172, and now I am 194lbs, with some fat gain, but not much considering when I started I was a skinny as hell. I am looking to change my diet completly and want to know the best, for slow muscle gain, and less fat increase then i have now....So i just want to know where to go to get the best diet possible, simple and good thanks
