Yep-
R U Sure Not 2 Say Ur Not...its Just He Gets Swelling On It 4 About 3 Dayz N He Says Its Painful..
Tris are just a notoriously nasty place to shoot-I personally won't do it, but the pins size he is using should be adequate IMO. What is he injecting and how much?
No you need a 1" needle 25gauge is fine though----Hes not getting the fluid all the way into the muscle thats the reason for the swelling
Tri's are great I get great results their from winny
This is what I was thinking, but the length of the pin will depend on muscle group size, I.E., Ronnie Coleman prolly could use a bigger one than me.lolOriginally Posted by Spotinjections.com
I use 5/8 for bi's and tri's and i shoot between 1.5 and 2cc's without any lumps. If i'm over 2cc's i'll do 2 shots on either side of the head at an angle so it won't look unnaturally big, especially the next day.
I use 1 inch for quads and 5/8th for delts. I know the 5/8 for delts might be too small as people will say, but i find them good for delts. I just think 1 inch is way to big for a delt injection. I get pain for 3 days after injection sometimes, but it also happens to my quads so its not the needle size cus i bury the f*ckers in the muscle!
I think i just move the needle around too much. I also hit vessels sometimes that can cause pain.
hes using sus 1ml eod and i told him the propionate will hurt abit but he is going 2 add propionate 4 the last 4weeks ov his course and do propionate ed and sus eod .its only the second time hes done it .but honestle the day after he dose it his tri head inflates extreamily big ....looks good though
I use 1" for everything (I don't do glutes) 25G and all is fine. If you're a smaller fellow then 5/8 is OK too (except for quads). I think 1" all the way around is good, but it really depends on your size.
I used to use 5/8" for my delts until it got to the point that I was really jamming it in there there to prevent soreness.
Look at it this way... if 1" seems too deep for your size, then you can always back it up a bit. Kinda like using 1 1 /2" for quads, just not going in all the way.
1" is a good all purpose pin to use IMHO.
