my mate who i went travelling with says i am the loudest snorer he has ever encountered
my mum says she can here my through walls
my girl wont let me stay over when she has work/college in the morning cos she gets no sleep
i bought some herbal things off ebay that are supposed to cure 98% of snoring cases - and they even offer a money back guarantee - i havent received them yet though
anyone got any recommendations (aside from not breathing)?

def see a doc if its that bad. there are procedures that can be done to rid that annoying noise
or use a seperate room like my dad does. he used to wake me up when i lived there as my room was next to his. then i would throw stuff at the wall to wake him up but my mom used to get pissed at that as one time the pounding knocked a picture off their wall and landed on them when they there sleeping. classic

Get her ear plugs. Make sure any one who travels with you has ear plugs on them before y'all shove off.
My dad has this forced induction thing. It uses water to. An air compressor blows across water and pics up some humidity. It's kinda like water injection on a supercharger or turbo charger. It goes over his nose and mouth like a jet pilot. Took him a while to get used to it, but he sleeps better now. Went to a sleep clinic. Said he had pretty bad sleep apnea or how ever you spell it.

well i might just take you up on that offer seeing as she has just dumped me

and another was my steroid use

yeah, the ex cat walk model
only lasted 3 and a bit weeks (i was trying to beat my 3month record this time)
she laso said i was too obsessed with bodybuilding (getting up in the night drinking a protein shake in bed then turning over and snoring again didnt help much either)

Yeah, go see a doctor, there is a good chance that you snoring as badly as you describe could cause you to not sleep as deeply as you should.
I would try the breath right strips to see if that helps.
They also make several different aperates that will help you.
