I just have finished my 8decas 200anabol cycle and would like to know what is the recomended period of time before I can get started on my second cycle?

Everyone here will tell you time on = time off, but right now you should worry about getting a solid PCT in. And you just ran decca? and anadrol? Im actually curious to what your cycle looked like?

I have heard time off should be at least twice the time on cycle. Some people only go with time on same time off, some do six months off, ans some still bridge between cycles and never really come off. Do some research. You will find lots of info if you look bro. I always judge it with what I was on and how long the cycle was.

cycle was about 2 months and I just finished my last clomid tab today so im on the rest right now. I think of resting for 3months and then taking another cycle.
