It does not come in a sealed,multi dose vial.So it's safe to assume it's NOT sterile.

If you are using it for an experiment,then you need not do anything to it.

BUT,if you are using it to cut shots,then you need to bake is at 275 degrees for 10 minutes.Let it cool,and filter with a whatman into a sealed,sterile vial.

i e-mailed the lion on this when i got mine.

he said it was sterile till you open it. so just to be on the safe side you should filter it into a sterile vial. the heat it to 300 Degrees for 10-15 min.
