    whats size pin would you go with on a lat injection?

    1 inch 25 or 23 guage. You could also probably get away with a 5/8" pin.

    Only reason I say 5/8" is most dudes have very little/no fat on their lats. But on second thought, a 1 incher is better.

    Aside from glutes, 1" 25 - 23G is a good "all around" size to go with.

    u can get away with 25g 5'8 unless u have alot of fat in ur lats if so then 1 in.
