just messin...depends on how long uve been cutting could be water weight!!

-Pictures...2 weeks apart
-measuring tape
-BF % (calipers)
-clothes getting looser
-Mirror
The scale is the crappiest thing available....the number doesnt matter one bit...looking good does...
