I've heard people trying laser surgery but I think most of the time it involves getting on the carving table. Did you lose alot of weight recently?
not recently actually .. but i was pretty hefty .. i had a 37 inch waiste.. and rite now its 29-20 fluctuating depending on water retention or whatnot .. and most of my areas got pretty tigh .. the only place thats a little flabby still is my mid sextion .. not THAT much .. but even when i was 4% body fat i couldent see too much ab development .. only bcause my skin is loose..
This is a pic of me from last year .. you can some some abs but not much .. thats why i want to knnow how to get rid of loose skin

yyou dont need to get rid of skin. you need to get rid of water. if i was you i would go tanning and chang my diet.
Bro you had me thinking you were obese or something. I think you just need to do some more abwork if you can't see em at 4%. I wouldn't even think about surgery.
my diet is very clean .. i supplement right .. its just that i was like 29% body fat .. and at the moment im 7% .. last year i was 4 when i wanted to do a show .. its just loose.. no matter how much water i get out of my system .. and no mattter how how much fat i burn .. it still flabby kinda
well actually .. if i pull my skin down i have an easy 8 pack .. my obliques intercostals and serratus are all in tact .. i train my abs hardcore .. but i repeat .. i have loose skin .. do you think theres creams that shrink skin or something ?
So you did lose alot of bodyfat. I'm not sure if there is anything you can do. Hopefully it will shrink and tighten up on it's own over time.
yeah it looks like u are just holdin a lil water, def. not extra skin...
