I'm headed to the gym in about an hour. Quickly throw my a good routine to use today that will have me hurting tomorrrow. I'm working chest/tri's/delts.

Flat bench times x 3
Incline x3
Fly’s x 2
Dips x 3
Side laterals x 3
Shoulder press x 3
skullkrushers x 3
Seated extensions x 3
reps 8-12
Its up to you if you feel it or not the next day, not the routine, go for it dude…
