    vegetable oil is pretty bad bro. Stick with olive oil, peanut, safflower, and a couple of other good ones i cant remember.

    its kool...it has a high % of euric acid or smth which is toxic to humans in high doses and its kinda toxic if exposed to high heat....not all of them tho...some add antioxidants and refine it...

    I would use it on a salad or smth...but not cook with it.

    its high in omega 3...not sure how much tho...the optimal % of omega 6mega 3 is 4:1...so make sure u get some fat from corn, soybean, cottonseed, sunflower, and safflower oil
