    Pre Bed

Anyone muster up any new pre bed meals? Like something to crash on? Peanuts? WW toast eggs?

I need something to get me over this losing weight stage, soon and clean....what are your pre bed staples? Str8 fats and pro?

    Dominos 5, 5, 5, deal.

Pepperoni and mushroom, followed by sausage and olives, and finishing off w/a combo.

    Works very well for bulking.

cmon sc....you know I'm not an idiot........I know a ton and you guys have been a good help reiterating....Ijust read constantly and people advoacate different things.....right now my protocal is train, pw shake, c/p meal, ten flax or almonds and a casein shake before bed........

Just picked up John Bernardi's book.......only reason i bought it is because he diet and food macros illustrated for the hardgiainer make sense.....he too advocates p/f/c seperation to a point........his carb meal might have 50-60carbs, but also 15g of GOOD efa's......he also illustrates and keeps carbs around his workout.......what do you think about him?

I am def. the hardgainer and you are right.........pick up his new book.....good stuff......although, not sure about the mass consumption of walnuts, or 8oz of beef a couple times a day, oats prebed, and the use of protein bars....but I am going to incorporate more yogurt, cheese and 1%.....I got to get my weight up so I can get on this cycle, and then cut in time for summmmmmerrrr.................eat up jeff.....it's winter time!

You post the most random, ridiculous questions. Unless you are an endomorph, carbs before bedtime are FINE! If your total daily intake requires you to consume 250 grams of carbs and you're short 50 g's, by all means, eat those f'ing carbs because if not you will be losing weight.

I think the Diet Forum needs a new sub-forum entitled "Brain Bafflers, Time Wasters, and other Stupid Questions".
