Lately I have been changing my routine frequently. I will change my exercises every week. Any problem with this or should I stick with a set routine for 4 weeks or so?

I guess I'll get a routine and stick with it for 4 weeks or so before makin changes. Any other thoughts?
me personally like to stick with the same routine for a while, so i can track my progress, n make sure i get stronger every weak, when i stale out i change it
Usually every 8-10 weeks, or whenever I feel like I hit a platue.
Training books and magazines will tell you after about 8 weeks is a good idea to change it but I like to change it every 3-4 myself
