Mon - Chest, Bi's, Tri's
Tues- Legs, Abs
Wed- Off
Thurs- Shoulders
Fri- Back (including post. delt), Abs
Sat- Off
Sun- Off
i've never really see anyone mention doin chest, bi's, and tri's so thats why i'm askin. nothin really overlaps eachother so i dont see much harm in doin this.
i think while doin my mondays workout i'd alternate between a chest and bi workout and then i'd finish off w/ my tri's.
any comments?
