yes i saw that site, just wanted to know if anyone had experience with it.
the workouts ive seen seem alot like HIT training, i.e working muscle groups twice a week, not doing crazy amount of sets, but no warmups, all work sets
and i like that type of training and have seen great results in just a month, that when i switched over to it. Post up a sample workout u might concider, let us check it out
I wonder what results are seen compared to the "classic" routines?
