I’ll be on a bulking diet. Although I’m not to sure about this...I obviously don’t want to gain anymore fat but I want to take full advantage of what I'm using.
BMR = 2,192… So I’ll bump it up 750 more to gain about 1 and a half pounds a week.
So my daily calorie intake is now 2,942 which consist of
366grams of protein
218grams of carbs
72grams of fat
Split up in about 8 meals a day
For Exercise
Cardio 3x a week
Lifting 4x a week
The whole cycle and pct basicly consist of Anabolic Xtreme products. So I have only a few questions. Am I over doing it combining the Milk Thistle with Perfect Cycle for liver protection? Does the PCT look alright and does my diet sound right for me? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
