Can someone recommend a good site that will do test bloodwork? I want to do one before I cycle anything in the future so that I can establish what my baseline values are. I think I've asked this quesiton before...but I seem to have lost the site.

I am trying to find a way for my insurance to pay for it.... just have to find the right doctor who doesn't mind getting creative with the reason on my insurance form...
