I'm gonna take your guys advise and hold off on AAS till I get my bodyfat down and gain more experience on BB. But do you guys recommend any supplements "legal" creatine, test, no2, etc. I'm 28 yrs old, 16olbs, 5"5 and between 25% to 30% bodyfat depending on the time of the day I use the scale at got from target.
