I began training this week after 2 weeks off. My chest and bi's are still sore, but today is Shoulders and Tri's day. I hate to think I am slacking, so I need to know if it's good for me to train while I am still sore/stiff from my chest/bi work out. Should I just warm up until I don't feel so stiff? Or should I rest and wait until they are recovered? I don't want to overtrain.
