I'm trying Alflutop right now and it does help a bit but it's not a silver bullet. I have some early arthritis in a knee and tendonosis in my elbow. It helps the knee a bit but not the elbow.

rest and let it heal bud,

I've read that Adequan Equine intra-muscular works better than Alflutop.

    I'll tell you a secret...

...i tried Physical therapy for weeks...helped a little....then they shot me with some cort. steroids...also helped a little....and then excercises....that also helped...a little...

but what works is this....Get some DMSO and rub it on the area...then take some ibrubrofen and crush it and spread the powder it on the area u just applied the DMSO to......within minutes the pain will subside...Try it...let me know how it works for u...

    Wink

No Problem...i discovered the idea from reading subliqual (sp) applications.

...where-ever the Tendonitis is located, try strechting the muscles and tendons in that area regardless of where the inflamation is...strechting really helps long term....and if you really want the ibuprofen to enter the specific...add a little moist heat.

    cya...

Alflutop is one amp a day for 21 days. Take 3 weeks off and you can do another cycle. It doesn't need to be spot injected but it can be shot interarticularly (sp) - into the joint - which I don't have the balls to do.

Kenelog injections in my elbow is the only thing which has given relief. Shot hurts like hell, but it works. Lay off weights a week or so and then hit it again. You should be ok!
