hey guys, brand new here. worked out for over 20 years then hit a 3-year stint with chronic fatigue that pretty much undid 2 decades of work. about to start HRT in January, still ironing out the specifics right now with my doc. i'm 5'5", 160, 35yo, looking for muscle density and strength. when i get the full regime, i'll post it. any suggestions/tips would be welcomed including workout regiments (i haven't had to do a beginner routine since the 1980's - ouch).
