PCT for how long? I will complete a 500mg/week sustanon 7 week cycle .

Most guys run 100 mg all the way through(in reference to clomid).Keep in mind there are many different types of PCT protocol.Not everyone uses clomid.

Clomid 100mgs 10 days and then down to 50 Should suffice

Not necessarily.Quite a few guys do well with Nolv alone for PCT.
For a 7 week cycle,you should bounce back quickly running Nolv.

Is that the best to run pct I hav'nt did any real full cycle in about ten years but when I was younger I allways had prob. pct back then we just used hcg & I don't think I was usig it correct any help would be appreciated

i am running test susp. and dbol and pct i am running clomid for 30 days...but its different for everyone
