Im joining a lrrps special ops NG unit and need to trim down quick..
I gotta trim down before Feb and have done plenty of cycles but never really worked on stamina training such as long distance runs but I was thinking of sticking to the weights but going lighter with more sets and reps , doing shit load of push ups and situps and run my ass off everyday while on a 16 week of enan 500mg/wk. I have done just about everything there is in gear but wanted to see what most of ya would add to the test to help me keep a lean body without too much bloat that will slow my run time?

D N P for 21 days. You will run, work out like shit on it though. So if you have some R&R or vacation, do it then.

I personally would just train under good diet and absolute craploads of body weight exercises, I wouldn't include AAS as I wouldnt want to go into Ranger School in any kind of hormonal downswing.

Hey guys good to see ya, I have been so busy that I have negleted the weight room but only been out of it for 6 months now but one main reason is I have a new baby girl that is 8 months old now so thats really taking up most of my time plus school but Im back.

If your looking to get in better shape, Run. Thats how you do it. Don't know why you would want to take steroids for your goal.
