What up with some of the cooks in FoodNetwork. Weren't they suppose to know to remove their ring before they use their bare hands on the food they are mixing.

One thing that really gross me out is that there this chef who have so much hair on his hands and arms and he's mixing this dough using his bare hands. Ugh!!! * puking out* Sooo Nasty.

Maybe they should wax their whole body, take 10 showers and wash their hands 10 times and wear plastic gloves. Oh..and hairnets..doubled up. Maybe close toed shoes to protect from the fungus that would float up and get on the food if they wore sandals.

The chefs on Food Network suck big time. They make nasty food most of the time and the other part is how making regular food look nice.....Kinda like a tuna sandwhich, "If you add paresly it looks elegant", screw that!!!. I worked in kitchens on and off for 10 yr now so have a good knowledge of food hygiene. Many big chain hotels that i worked in have a no jewelery police and normaly require plastic gloves to be worn when handling foods with pungent flavors or raw meet and fish.
But to be honest if you are a chef in a busy kitchen its fine to handle food with bare hands but I personaly was before that. I also have an anti bacterial squirty thing that doesnt need water so its handy.
I supppose its more a question of your own personal hygiene but agree that TV chefs are a load of bollocks. Take gorden ramsey. He knows the same shit as me but made his name cos of his foul mouth the twat
