hey everyone hows it going. I wanted to know some real good back routines to work in with my biceps. anyone got a good routine for me, i wanna start seeing the "christmas tree" -(since its christmas and all)-Can anyone help me out?
Here are two quick ideas. The first back routine is biased towards biceps, so less specific bicep work is required. The second back routine is biased towards developing the lats more, so you would need more specific bicep work.
1.)
Deadlifts x 3
Underhand chins x 3
Overhand wide chins x 3
Bent over rowing x 3
+ a limited bicep routine consisting of no more than 6 sets
3 x incline supinating db curls
3 x preacher curls or hammer curls
2.)
Deadlifts x 3
Overhand wide chins x 3
Lat pulldowns x 3
Db bent over rows x 3
+ bigger bicep routine consisting of no more than 9 sets
3 x straight bar curls
3 x preacher curls
3 x incline supinating db curls
here's my routine i'm doing now
weighted wide grip chins x3
deadlifts x 3
bent over barbell rows x4
close grip pulldowns x2
and i throw in a different bicep movement everyweek, last i did drop sets starting at 140lbs and going all the way down to 40 lbs
but usually i throw in 3 sets of some kind of curl
