So your telling me you reached where you are right now by doing ONLY 4 day a week workouts, You never did more then that in the begining? as i said over training does exist, but i belive at 6"5 and similer body types i have a little more insight on what this paticular person needs to do. If you read my post i said 6-7 days is to get motivated, the easyest way to drop off and dissapear is to go MIA away from the gym for a few days.
Also with those bench numbers id be interested in knowing how long your arms are? Also is that with braces, wraps, gloves. Shirt or anything aiding you? if it is what do you bench "rep out" with no gear on? thats a shit ton of weight, i have done in the 600's with no shirt.. but i have never been anywhere near the numbers your putting up.
