I have the Letro added in because I believe I have a small case of gyno..It is not a big notice, but I figured it will take care of what existing problem I have.
Along with this I will be doing cardio 5 days a week of 45 minutes plus.
A diet high in protein and as low of carbs as I can handle..
So for everyone reading this, tell me what you think and also how should I take each one? Like what amount each day..
