hi, just a quick note to say hello to you all. i've been training naturally for just on three years but only for the last year strictly. i'm looking to move up a bit now so i suppose thats why i'm on this board. i'm currently approx 180lbs and 19%bf. i'm going to start with a little epedhrine (excuse the spulling please haha) to lower my body fat percentage and then onto some oral androl?? and/or d bol??any information would be great
