    can someone help me out?

    i wanted to do a test and deca cycle, and i wanted to know if you have to eat alot (healthy ofcourse but interms of calories) to get gains while on a cycle?
    i do alot of cardio so i wont be stopping the cardio side of things which could restrict putting on more size. But would it be ok to eat 3-4 meals a day or do you have to eat more?

    Bro you have to get at least 3000 calories a day and 1.5 to 2 g of protein per lb of bodyweight, so you are going to need to eat shitloads !!!!
