I'm planning ahead for a bulker, but with so many great compounds around, what do i choose? I want bulk, but little to none on the water side, so which way do I go as far as compounds are concerned? This will be my fourth cycle. Currently, 236 pounds at 6' 1", 13% BF, 32 yrs. old. Training for what seems like forever.
Any advise is very welcome.
