I don't post much here anymore, but i try to stop in from time to time to see my bros.. I've been here since the beginning though, and this board is a useful tool, you should learn from the vets, and discuss issues amongst others - awareness is important. I am totally blown away though, I cannot believe some of the half-assed, unprepared, heartless, bozos that post on here. 46,000 members and I would say more then half of you are part time weekend warrior gym rats with no idea how to diet, how to train, and how to juice. Don't post how depressed you are and blame it on juice - when you never had the heart to be in the gym in the first place.. Get a ****ing life, take up golf, in fact you're better off just quitting.
I have said this countless times. If you are not 100% mentally prepared for what your body will go through then GET LOST YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING HERE. You don't buy hundreds of dollars worth of gear and stop halfway through cause you're girlfriend is mad at you?? What are you doing here in the first place?? It's about you, it's about getting big, its about throwing hundreds of pounds of weight around in the gym, it's about having people stare in awe.. its about setting goals and hitting those goals. It's about YOU
Get ****ing serious guys, have some heart, use your ****ing head.... Some people call it being obsessive - we call it being dedicated.
