How many of you wake up and down a protein shake in at say 3-4 in the morning?

How many of you wake up and down a protein shake in at say 3-4 in the morning?

I go with a cassein protein before bed, so it is slow burning, cause there is no way I am getting up out of my deep sleep..
i do'nt wake up & take a shake but i do down 2 big scoops of protien & water before go 2 bed but i have did that before and allso somtimes get up around 6 or 7 & take a shake then go back to sleep helps with weight as I'm not a big guy and allways had to eat a ton
