    Who's in charge here?

    All Marine reporting to the boards for some good discussion.

    A bit about me:

    28 Years old
    5'10"
    185
    Live near Detroit, MI
    Thinkin bout gettin that xtra 20-25lbs back on.

    Did one light cycle of Deca only in 00. Great results!

    How is your training/diet as of now? How long have you been back in the scene? I think 15-20lbs is possible without the use of AAS, if you can't gain without it, you won't hold what you get from it.

    Ive never really been out of the scene aside from few month upper body layoff due to a sternum injury back in 2002. I am pretty religious about getting to the gym. My diet could use (and will get) a slight tune up but I stay pretty lean year round. I like to eat healthy all week and than kill a pizza and some ice cream on the weekend. Dont drink/dont smoke. Run hard and lift heavy. I Probably run too much and too hard for a hardgainer.

    Goodluck to you All Marine, If you want to bulk I'd cut back on the running a bit and up the calories, that should do the trick alone. Hope we can help.

    good to see fellow marines on here just be smart if your gonna use aas they are starting to catch on that alot of us use them
