help with first cycle of cyp

I am new to the test game and I have recently aquired cypionate. Now i have been reding posts such as this and articles till my eyes bleed and I cant get a grasp on what the best is to do. I have read that it is better to nolvadex during to reduce gyno and water, but hen i have read it is better to takearimidex (twice the cost of nolva). Also to take fincar and chlomid. I recently read an article that said, if it is your true first cycle than take nothing but test, but keep nolva on hand just in case gyno happens. I need help. which is right? This is my first cycle ever. I am 28 190lbs. thank for any help thats given.

Test 500 mg/wk 10-12 weeks broken into two shots 3.5 days apart, keep enough nolvadex handy to run a min of 20 mg ed through the whole cycle, but only use it if you need it IMO, if you need it you'll be very glad you have it. What are your PCT plans?

that was another quesion i had was is the nolva good enough for post cycle or do i need to use something else?

Use HCG, Nolva, then run Clomid after your have stopped HCG.

wk 1-3 HCG (Mon, Tue, Wed) 1000ius ED.
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 3-5 Clomid 100mg/ED.
wk 1-6 Trib 1g/ED
wk 1-6 Creatine 5g/ED
wk 1-6 Glutamine 10g/ED.
Some sort of ZMA supplement.

This is a PCT protocol.

Run 10-20mgs nolvadex the whole cycle+ 50mgs proviron. Never take any kind of test without anti estrogen, Period!

would i start that, the week i end my cycle of test or like the last two weeks of it. sorry if i sound like a dumbass, just new trying to figure it out. you have given me the best advice so far.

If your taking Test Cypionate, PCT begins 16 days after your last testosterone administration.

Run the PCT protocol I suggested and it will maximise your chances of 'bouncing back'.

Be sure to increase your calories, get 8-9 hours of sleep, and finally, train hard.
