you can do either, I do it twice a week cause I prefer my levels to be more stable, but I have done once a week as well

Is there mg minimum to twice a week or would you always go twice a week. For example if you were doing 200mg a week would you do 100mg 2X's weekly or just once. ect.....ect....ect

in reality, you really won't notice a difference with once or twice a wk shots. decanate is long acting ester that stays active days after a wk's length.
