750mg sust + 500mg deca

a friend of mine wants to do 750mg sust and 500mg deca. its his 4th cycle. i've told him to take nolv and clomid. He has all the gear.

The question is, the sust is 250mg karachi bottles, and the deca is 250mg per ml. So, how should he take the shots. Should he take the sust 3 shots a week, say monday, wednesday, friday... and take the deca on monday thursday? would that work? Thanks for the help!

Looks fine, most will say sus EOD but 3 times a week monday,wednesday and friday is fine your only going 1 extra day without a shot no need to be so picky.

yes mate,just remember your pct should start around 18 days after your last shot of sust!
