sometimes i get a pinching feeling in my nipple area for a few seconds then it goes away. is this gyno forming??

thats weird. im guessing that its not gyno if you get it when your not on cycle. it could just be a muscle cramp or something. if you were getting gyno you would probably see it too.

it doesnt hurt either when i touch the nipple or nothing

If it's not sore or puffy, don't worry about it. But you should be running some kind of anti-e anyhow.
